The RCA is a nonprofit organization that manages the 40 acre property Footman Park in Raymond California. 

The association has evolved over the years to meet the needs of the Raymond community but the three main focuses are: 

1.        Maintain the park as a location for events, leisure, and community gathering 

2.        Facilitate the Annual Raymond parade and Craft Fair 

3.        Support local youth in their pursuit of higher education or vocational training through scholarships
