Scholarships

The Raymond Community Association is pleased to announce that it will be able to award 4 scholarships in 2026 to support Mountain Youth.

Three deserving students, one from each school listed below, will be eligible for a $500 scholarship award. Submission requirements are listed below:

1. Student must be a graduating senior from either Raymond Granite, Yosemite or Minarets or Mariposa High School.

2. Student must plan to attend some form of educational institution in the fall of this school year. Examples: • 2-year or 4-year college/university (minimum class load of 12 units required); Technical school; Business school; Beauty school.

3. Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

4. Each high school’s General Scholarship Application Packet, including signed-off high school transcripts, and two letters of recommendation, will be provided to the Raymond Community Association for review.

5. The Raymond Community Association Scholarship Committee will review all the applicants and select students from each high school to receive a $500 scholarship award.

6. A representative from the Raymond Community Association Scholarship Committee will present the scholarship awards to the students during each school’s award ceremony.

7. The $500 scholarship awards will be paid, after student provides proof of enrollment to one of the forms of education listed in number 2 above, after receipt of proof of enrollment, by September 1
